Special Needs Events August 28th 10am-1pm WALK FOR CHILDREN WITH APRAXIA OF SPEECH-unlock your voices; open up our futures! Horseshoe Bend Idaho-398 School Drive-the High School Parking Lot. Contact with questions or want to help Anne Brothers- brothers6@frontiernet.net The proceeds for this run/walk will benefit CASANA (Childhood Apraxia of Speech Association of North America) research and education projects, informative conferences, and to help families like mine with an understanding of what Apraxia really is and how to help our children. Registration is $20 for adults, $10 for children under 18. If you register before July 30, you will get a t-shirt the day of the run/walk. If you register after, shirts are first come first serve. If you don’t register you will not receive a t-shirt. You can also donate money at the site or bring it with you the day of. REGISTER AT www.apraxia-kids.org then look up Idaho walkathon.
